1. Cleaning screen machine, remove the soil, dust and other impurities in the raw soybeans through the vibrating cleaning screen, leaving clean soybeans. This step has a great impact on the oil products of subsequent oil extraction.
2. Steaming and frying wok, steam and fry the cleaned soybeans, and temper them to improve the oil yield in the subsequent oil extraction process.
3. Temperature-controlled screw oil press, screw squeeze the soybeans to obtain soybean oil. The automatic temperature control system can well control the squeezing temperature and improve the oil extraction production efficiency.
4. Plate frame oil filter, filter the crude soybean oil and remove solid impurities.
5. Refining equipment, further refines the filtered crude soybean oil to improve the quality, stability and safety of soybean oil, so that the finished soybean oil is clear in color and has no odor.

In addition to the above equipment, the establishment of an oil mill also requires additional auxiliary equipment such as bucket elevators (for conveying materials), material distribution conveyors (for distributing materials to the hoppers of each oil press), crude oil storage tanks, finished oil tanks, etc. These equipment can be customized and made on site.
